Pre-wedding shoot and meeting Katy and Mat

I got to know Katy and Mat through their pre-wedding shoot and pre-meeting — their genuine love and joy were evident from the start.

Beautiful blue skies and a videographer collaboration

We were fortunate to have stunning blue skies on the wedding day, perfect for the outdoor ceremony. I worked alongside Dave from Rich TV — a highly recommended Cheshire videographer who effortlessly captures the day in motion.

Bridal prep with five bridesmaids

The day began with Katy’s bridal prep alongside her five bridesmaids, her mother and the hair and makeup team. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed; Katy’s stunning dress and the bridesmaids’ pink dresses set an elegant tone for the day.

The romantic message on the wedding shoe

One of the warmest moments of the prep — Mat had written a romantic message on the bottom of one of Katy’s wedding shoes. Always a privilege to photograph small personal touches like this.

The speeches were full of laughter and heart — the best men entertaining everyone at Mat’s expense. As the evening progressed I captured some incredible sunset and silhouette shots, and the dance floor turned into a brilliant celebration.
