Edgeley Park is the home ground of Stockport County Football Club and now offers modern wedding suites in central Stockport. It’s one of the more unusual wedding venues in Greater Manchester — football-fan couples genuinely love it, and the new wedding facilities are seriously impressive.

After the ceremony, Joely and Mike went for a very public visit to Stockport Market — the kind of unique wedding moment you can only get when the couple know their town and lean into it. The reactions from market shoppers were brilliant.

Over to Edgeley Park for the reception in the new wedding suites. Highlight of the day: a visit from the Stockport County mascot in the park itself — wedding party photos with the mascot are now part of the gallery.

The 1883 lounge is properly impressive — one of the largest function spaces in the area, with the new integrated AV system. Speeches, the wedding breakfast and the evening reception all flowed beautifully.
