Eleanor And Jamie’s Awesome Wedding Day At Mere Court Hotel
Eleanor And Jamie’s Awesome Wedding Day At Mere Court Hotel.
Well this wedding at the amazing Mere Court Hotel was awesome , fun all day and was full of natural moments and many moments between the moments .
One of my very favorite venues and a venue that has recomended me for many years .
I know all the great photo spots in all seasons .
It was also a long all day coverage to 10.30pm at night so we even had coverage from brides prep to well past the first dance night shots and loads of party dancing which included a Conga
stretching outside Mere Court Hotel and by the lake and back into the Conservatory .
Also importantly shows a second photographer coverage which includes my very professional and very experienced second shooter Peter
He joined the groom and his team and then provided a second angle during the ceremony and captured the guests having fun and the young kids at the
wedding being kids !
I offer either single or second photographer coverage, my customers choose .
One or two photographers your choice !
Mere Court Hotel
A bit about this amazing and exclusive wedding venue, a venue I can highly recommend .
It is a Wedding Venue with a team that know weddings and providing great service ,
Located near Knutsford in the heart of Cheshire, Mere Court Hotel was originally built as a wedding present for William and Amy Dunkerley in 1903
and has now been lovingly and skilfully restored as a
4-star deluxe country house Hotel, award-winning
Wedding Venue, Conference Centre with an AA
Rosette Restaurant and voted Number one hotel
in Knutsford on Trip Advisor. This Hotel has won wedding awards for many years ,
The original house has individually designed and furnished luxury bedrooms, including two four poster suites, all with wonderful views across the beautiful grounds and the Lakeside rooms all have king size beds.
This Cheshire hotel has played host to a number of notable and famous guests like former US President Bill Clinton, Ruby Wax, Dawn French, Alan Titchmarsh and Spandau Ballet and also featured in Cold Feet!
It is set in 7 acers with a Lake a lovely gardens to walk in .
And 40 bedrooms to stay in , plus The Lodge which is a small 2 bedroom house
You can have your wedding ceremony in three very different suits , The Aboreum , The Dunkerley which has been recently been refurbished or in the Conservatory or outside in
beautiful gardens and inside a pagoda .
The Conservatory can fit weddings for up to 150 people .
The Wedding day
I started my coverage with Eleanor and her beautiful 4 Bridesmaids at The Lodge for brides preparations .
Peter started in the conferance centre with Jamie and the boys .
Eleanor and Jamie’s wedding day was outside because we were lucky with a beautiful June summer’s day
Eleanor had 4 bridesmaids with 4 different colours of dress and all the tables were named after many different colours.
It was an amazing and colourful wedding and there were beautiful floweres by Ruth from Heaven Scent Floral Design
After the prep and as you can see below Peter had extensively captured images of the groom while I had captured the brides prep
Jamie waited a little nervoul and Eleanor was smiling when her dad met her in the back garden of the lodge .
We then had a beautiful outdoor ceremony by your ceremony from east cheshire with all angles captured and finally
a breath taking pose and first kiss by Jamie to his very beautiful bride Eleanor
We had a superb moment with bubbles when they first walked down the aisle as husband and wife
Bubbles ! Bubbles and Bubbles !!
And I might add simply amazing decor with a flower arch and more by the the amazing Perfect Weddingd from Alrincham .
I captured lots of natural and romantic images of the couple
Peter captured the mini golf and jenga and connect 4 and more games !
There was background music bt Richie Philips music through out the wedding reception .
Also this wedding was very well organised for the couple to gain timeless and creative images to keep forever and a great day
with family and friends .
The photography was done and then the couiple were able to join in with lots of golf and games , everyone had time to talk
and spend time getting to know each other and the couple could sit back drink and enjoy their big day .
One big reason in my view was the ceremony was at midday so allowing pleanty of time for a fun packed wedding .
After the wedding breakfast and very funny speeches we had a games of Mr and Mrs
Then a rare private first dance
Then everyone dancing and one highlight was the mass conga going arouind the room and then outside and then down the corridors
of Mere Court Hotel then back to the dancefloor !
With the late night coverage we had night shots and sparklers.
And the it was the end of my coverage at Mere Court Hotel for the lovely Eleanor and Jamie , it was a great pleasure to help them on their
awesome wedding day.
thank you
