Natalie and Ryan’s Great John St wedding
Natalie and Ryan’s amazing Wedding day was in the Centre of Manchester at Great John Street .One of Manchester’s most urban wedding venues, it is an old Victorian school house which has been transformed into a modern hotel. It has a rooftop bar and open facing on the south side of Manchester with a prominent view of The Beetham Tower. Also very photogenic rooms, staircase and ground floor bar.
Natalie and Ryan’s November wedding was at 4pm so they really did not want to go to lots of photo spots around Manchester , they wanted images around Greet John Street and more importantly to spend lots of time chatting and mingling with all their friends and family .
I joined Natalie first and captured images of her preparations , including her beautiful dress and amazing Vivienne Westwood Melissa wedding shoes. There were some interesting angles as the room was on 2 floors with large mirrors.
The Ceremony was on the top floor and Ryan’s son Oliver looked after the wedding rings until his special moment.
We then captured some images around the Hotel , group images that Natalie and Ryan wanted on the top floor and then it was time to enjoy time with their guests.
The guests had a great time and a few of them made full use of the Hot Tub or a Cigar or both .
There was a barbecue, Mulled Wine and a band , but the special highlight was when Ryan got up and Sung to Natalie, Ryan’s voice was Wow ! It was on of the highlights of the day , I did not expect that and looking at Natalie I don’t think she did .
And then there was lots of Dancing .
It certainly was a pleasure to help such a lovely and happy couple on their special wedding day at Great John Street in Manchester .
