Lauren and Colyn’s Wedding day was at The Wizard Inn in Alderley Edge and St Josephs RC Church in Stockport and was a really fun wedding to do.
Also it took place during the blue sky glorious hot weather we had in 2018 ! WOW !
It really had a Wizard Theme.
I started my coverage with brides prep at The Wizard s Thatch also in Alderley Edge and just up the road from The Wizard Inn in Alderley Edge in cheshire.
A real thatched cottage , with low ceilings which certainly kept me very alert being 6 foot 4 !! ouch !!
Lauren was having her make up done outside in the shade and she had a beautiful dress and a very very unique and wow Bouquet !
Also I met the Bridesmaids which included a friendly teacher [ Miss Campbell ] from my youngest son’s school . Small world ! Also I have to mention she later delivered a very funny speech or a school report on Lauren , very well thought out and equally funny !!
After the brides prep at Wizards Thatch it was off to St Josephs Church in the middle of Stockport.
I met the groom and his friends and young son in the pub, the perfect place on any hot day !
Then Luna their pet dog and she played a full part in the day at the church and then at The Wizard Inn in Alderley Edge.
The best part as a photographer for me was knowing we had a sunny hot day and we were near the breathe taking views at The Edge which was just a short walk from The Wizard Inn . Lucky with the weather and so we gained some pictureque and very photogenic views for their storybook .
The Wizard Inn was privatly booked for Lauren and Colyn ‘s Wedding and it had friendly staff and manager and is an intimate venue perfect for the couples needs. Also very well venue dressed with bunting .
We got some lovely summer shots at The Edge and in the woods before Lauren and Colyn enjoyed their day to the full with their close family and friends in the garden at the Wizard Inn , this really helped to capture images most modern couples like the natural images , people relaxing and enjoying the day.
In fact after the very funny speeches and a very nice meal , it was time for some dancing outside
A rare event for me at a english wedding . The DJ set up in the garden outside and that is where all the fun dancing took place , helped by the hot June weather.
This concluded my coverage and it certainly was a pleasure to help this fanastic Couple on their special day .
