Last June, I had the honor of capturing Charlotte and Tom’s unforgettable wedding at Nunsmere Hall, a stunning venue nestled in the heart of Cheshire’s countryside. The day began with a beautiful ceremony at St Vincent’s Catholic Church in Altrincham, followed by a delightful reception at the picturesque Nunsmere Hall.
Starting the day in Timperley, I joined the bridal preparations where I met the couple’s lovely daughter, Eloise, and the rest of the bridesmaids. The excitement and anticipation filled the air as everyone prepared for the day ahead.
St Vincent’s Catholic Church has always been a pleasure to work with for weddings, thanks to its charming architecture and welcoming atmosphere. Despite some rain before the ceremony, the skies cleared just in time for a heartwarming and unforgettable exchange of vows.
After the ceremony, we headed to Nunsmere Hall, an award-winning country house hotel located within the serene Delamere Forest. Surrounded by a magnificent 60-acre lake on three sides, Nunsmere Hall provides the perfect backdrop for a charming country wedding.
I captured beautiful photos of Charlotte and Tom near the lake and amidst the lush gardens of Nunsmere Hall. Their love for each other radiated in every shot, making them a truly stunning couple.
The drinks reception at Nunsmere Hall was a joyful affair, complete with music and ice cream, creating a relaxed and festive atmosphere. With games for the children, the wedding embraced a family-friendly and inclusive vibe.
Tom showcased his talents with a handcrafted Love sign and sweet cart, proudly displayed in the main suite. The reception room was elegantly decorated by Perfect Weddings in Altrincham, adding a sophisticated touch to the space.
As the day progressed, guests were entertained by hilarious and touching speeches that evoked both laughter and tears. The speeches set the stage for an evening filled with dancing and celebration in honor of Charlotte and Tom’s love.
Reflecting on their beautiful wedding at Nunsmere Hall, I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of their special day. As a Manchester wedding photographer, capturing the love and happiness shared by couples like Charlotte and Tom is truly a privilege.
