Photographing weddings at Statham Lodge Hotel

Hotel weddings give a photographer a lot to work with: dedicated bridal suites for preparations, multiple function spaces for ceremony and reception, and architectural features (lobbies, staircases, terraces) that single-room venues don’t offer. I plan around the light direction across the day — older hotels with chandeliers and warm interiors behave differently to modern hotels with large windows, and the timing for portraits shifts accordingly. I usually arrive during bridal prep and stay through past the first few evening dances.

What I notice when I shoot here

Statham Lodge has all the features of a classic Georgian manor and it has 11 acres of absolutely stunning private grounds. You will also find that Statham Lodge is privately owned and it is very up-scaled as well.A personal favorite I had Statham Lodge as my wedding reception on our weddinh day . So a great venue . It has over 37 bedrooms on the edge of the Lymm village and it is already one of the best destinations in Cheshire when it comes to both weddings and civil ceremonies. So why do people continue to choose this as their number one wedding venue? The main reason is probably because this is one of the most romantic venues around. It has an incredibly elegant design and it is ideal for weddings and couples who want to keep it traditional. The building is Grade 2 listed and it has won plenty of awards in the past as well. It has 5 wedding rooms and if you wanted to take your wedding outside then you will also be glad to know that it has a gazebo that is fully licensed.

So as you can see, there really are so many options available and this prestigious venue has already helped to make the wishes of many happy couples come true.
