Wendy and Ray’s Charming family wedding day was at St Pedrog church in Llanbedrog and then on to the wedding reception at the very beautiful Plas Bodegroes near Pwllheli and
Abersoch in North Wales.
This was a wedding that had a beach shoot with Wendy and Ray on Llanbedrog beach near Abersoch .
What a day and blessed with perfect weather !!

The Day
Well I have always loved my job since I started in 1996 and this year I have loved even more !!
I consider myself lucky to help so many great people and Wendy and Ray and their family were certainly
a great pleasure to help .
The wedding day started with brides prep at Plas Bodegroes near Lanbedrog .
Firstly I cant single out any part or loaction for this wedding day , the whole of North Wales where
Wendy and Rays wedding was located and the drive to Plas Bodegroes was
just awesome
Breathtaking scenery , welsh mountains and Anglesey and the coastal views were all
awesome .
What a great choice for their wedding day .
And for Wendy and Ray it was a special place they enjoy contantly visiting .
I can certainly see why !
Llanbedrog was just amazing and Plas Bodegroes was a high quality venue for
a fabulous wedding day .
Plas Bodegroes is a Georgian manor house with 10 ensuite bedrooms
and the couple had marquee in the large gardens which had fields with sheep in neighbouring fields .
You just feel in the middle of nowhere .
Wendy had her hair and make up done their and spent time with one of her
sisters during the morning .
After brides prep I went to the beautiful setting of St Pedrog Church
Ray arrived with his best man in style with some amazing Jaguar cars
The cars were certainly a love of Rays and added to the photos of the day .
Wendy and Ray had been together for a while and their 2 sons walked with their mum up the aisle
looking after their mum every step of the way .
A lovely family touch .
And their were lots of smiles during this ceremony .
The church was an old village church and when Wendy and Ray finally finally managed
to put the wedding rings on each others fingers [ I did wonder if they would manage it as you can see from the photos ] and then left the church
To confetti and miggling with their guests on a lovely sunny welsh day .
We walked onto the beach at Llanbedrog with some awesome coastal views .
Not only a scenic and pictuesque beach and coastline at Lllanbedrog but also famous for its very colourful beach huts .
So many vibrant colours which added to the beach shoot at Llanbedrog.
After the photos it was time to go to Plas Bodegroes fro the wedding reception
Wendy and Ray enjoyed the company of their family and close friends
and after the wedding breakfast I have to say some very very funny Speeches
All the speeches were so funny and personal .
Although the couples 2 sons certainly had a few jokes at their mum expense !
Their was dancing in the vening and a lovely Dj and singer called Elishama
who was amazing and kept the guests dancing .
As my coverage came to an end for Wendy and Ray’s epic wedding day at Llanbedrog , it was a great pleasure to help them from start to finish .
And North Wales is a really beautiful place !
