Nica and David’s Beautiful Wedding Day At Mere Court Hotel

Nica and Davids Mere Court Hotel wedding day was full all day with emotions

both tears and smiles all day !

A bit about Mere Court Hotel

This amazing and exclusive wedding venue, a venue I can highly recommend .

It is a Wedding Venue with a team that know weddings and providing great service ,

Located near Knutsford in the heart of Cheshire, Mere Court Hotel was originally built as a wedding present for William and Amy Dunkerley in 1903

and has now been lovingly and skilfully restored as a
4-star deluxe country house Hotel, award-winning
Wedding Venue, Conference Centre with an AA
Rosette Restaurant and voted Number one hotel
in Knutsford on Trip Advisor. This Hotel has won wedding awards for many years ,

The original house has individually designed and furnished luxury bedrooms, including two four poster suites, all with wonderful views across the beautiful grounds and the Lakeside rooms all have king size beds.

This Cheshire hotel has played host to a number of notable and famous guests like former US President Bill Clinton, Ruby Wax, Dawn French, Alan Titchmarsh and Spandau Ballet and also featured in Cold Feet!

It is set in 7 acers with a Lake a lovely gardens to walk in .

And 40 bedrooms to stay in , plus The Lodge which is a small 2 bedroom house

You can have your wedding ceremony in three very different suits , The Aboreum , The Dunkerley which has been recently been refurbished or in the Conservatory or outside in

beautiful gardens and inside a pagoda .

The Conservatory can fit weddings for up to 150 people .

The current owner has lovingly added flowers .enhanced the hotel and refurbished many parts of this elegant hotel .

This venue has recomended my wedding photography service for over 15 years .

The Wedding day at Mere Court Hotel

Nica and David were a very beautful young couple and having met them I was looking forward to helping them on

their Mere Court Hotel wedding .

We had done a pre wedding shoot together and a pre meeting .

So pleased for them that the weather was warm and dryy with lots of sun appearing and blue sky .

Brides prep with all the bridemaids and flowergirls was a happy atmosphere and Nica even did her own make up

When it came to dad seeing the bride in her most awesome wedding dress this proved to be an emotional moment with tears

and this just kept happening.

I have to say the 2 familys were such lovely eople in a way it did not surprise me

going up the aisle for Nica with her dad was also special

and the first kiss was also a great moment .

After another lovely ceremony in the Aboreum by the East cheshire registration team who are all great at deliverying a special ceremony and

they always remember with their experience how important the ceremony is to the couple in a caring way .

After confetti and photos in the magnificent gardens at Mere Court Hotel.

There was plenty of time for the couple to miggle with guests and catch up with their friends .

The Conservatory was well dressed by the amazing Perfect weddings and Nica and David had gone with a dark green theme for the wedding .

.The speeches were funny especially Nica’s 2 brothers and Nica’s Dad was certainly a proud Dad !

The dancing with Ice Enttertainment was fun

But with more emotion when Nica had a dance with her dad , there were more tears and a truly special moment

between them

I finished with night shots and more dance images .

As I love my job , I am never in a rush to leave as the dancing was so much fun !

Then it was time to finsih my coverage at Mere Court hotel and Nica and David’s beautiful wedding day .
