Lauren and Mat’s wedding at Mere Court Hotel was a really fun and amazing day.
Mere Court hotel is one of my favorite venues and where I have been a recommended photographer for many years
I know Mere Court Hotel like the back of my hand .
Mere court hotel is a country house set in the heart of cheshire near Knutsford and also for wedding guests near manchester airport , the M6 and M56 .
With great choices in bedrooms a conservatory for wedding receptions and a pagoda for summer outdoor weddings , Mere Court is a great venue .
Importantly it is brilliant and photogenic in all weathers and seasons , great gardens and lake that are good for a short walk.
My coverage started with Lauren , her daughter and Bridesmaids with the excitement of a wedding day , hair and make up being one and lots of natural images . A beautiful dress and some lovely flowers.
Then I was off to Mere Court Hotel to meet Mat and the men, the wedding ceremony was to be in the Conservatory which is a very light room, lots of glass and natural light .
The room excellently venue dressed by Perfect Weddings in Altrincham .
Lauren’s younger brother walked her up the aisle to a lovely ceremony including the best man checking every pocket twice for the wedding rings !! Well everyone laughed and obviously everyone had confidence he would find the rings !
After the ceremony it was time for a drive in the Horgans wedding car off , I can highly recommend them .
Also I Love April weddings on a sunny day because I love blossom trees and these worked really nice on the car shot and on the images with the couple at Mere Court Hotel .
This also brings me to some excellent drone work , please enquire with me about a package with stills and video .
After all the images the couple wanted capturing including natural spontaneus moments captured from start to finish it was time for thr reception .
A well dressed room again from Perfect Weddings and beautiful cake from Bloomsbury cake.
I am lucky to work with some amazing people .
and some very very funny speeches and not least from the fantastic bridemaids that were certainly well rehersed.
also the usual character assasniation of the groom by the very able best man , I had to laugh like the whole room.
And talking about well rehersed the groom and all the groomsmen looked very well rehersed after the romantic first dance.
We had the first dance then everyone joining in then the groom and team dancing in a well scripted routine , great job guys ! They had been practicing although the delivery was very funny!!
And some fun night images and everyone dancing was all captured before it was time for me to say my goodbyes and congratulate Lauran and Mat on their amazing Mere Court Hotel wedding day .
