Claire and Jack met me at a pre-wedding shoot and a pre-meeting before the day. By the time the wedding came around they were already comfortable with the camera and the day’s running order was clear.
Bridal prep — calm, creative, plenty of detail
I arrived early at Claire’s prep to capture lots of natural and creative images with her bridesmaids and family. Makeup and hair were being done professionally and the atmosphere was warm and unhurried.

The wedding breakfast and speeches were brilliant; the evening dance floor turned out for the night.
“Rick was amazing from start to finish. We had a meeting before the wedding to discuss options and to have a look at his portfolio. He then did a pre-wedding shoot so we could get used to the camera and we could get to know each other a bit better. We were so happy with those photos! We then had another meeting before the wedding to make a list of the shots we wanted. On our day Rick was prompt and began taking photos straight away. He made sure we got all the shots we wanted and also made sure we had time and space for ourselves. It was a great day! 3 weeks after the wedding we have seen our photos and picked up the USB of them all and we are so happy. Can’t wait to show our families! Rick is very professional and friendly and you can tell he really loves his job.”
